Why is the price so low?

Our prices are based on our very low overhead structure of sourcing our product direct from manufacturer and selling to the end use customer via the internet. This effectively cuts out many middle men and thereby can often reduce the price to be less than half of what you might pay in their shops!

I think I have seen this lounge in a store down the road, is it the same as the one on Bay Gallery Furniture?

The answer is quite possibly yes! We supply to retailers although on the condition of strict anonymity, we also supply our products commercially and to industry professionals such as interior decorators and furniture consultants. Our suppliers also supply to many other Australian business’s who in turn supply furniture into the retail market. It is not uncommon for our customers to see a similar or even identical product to ours at more than double our price!

What about warranty? Am I covered? Yes you are!

All furniture products sold come with a 12 month warranty for your piece of mind. Many of our products such as leather lounges or outdoor wicker furniture also come with additional options for warranties to be upgraded to up to 5 years! See our warranty page for more information.

Can I customise my furniture order?

I really like the lounge, but I don’t want it in black, I want it in brown...and I don’t want a 3+2, I want a 3+2+1! Can I change it? Generally the answer is yes! It you want to change a colour , or a configuration we can get the sofa made up for you or we may even have it in stock! We also have a unique partnership with our outdoor wicker furniture supplier and can even go beyond colour changes for these items.


If you are prepared to wait a short while we can change the cushions colours, the length of the setting, the colour of the wicker and occasionally even slight design changes can be effected. Please note slight additional charges may apply. See our custom order page for more information.

Can you really deliver this setting to me and how much will it cost?

I am over 2000 km's away from Sydney! Generally the answer is yes we can deliver your furniture to you and it may well cost much less then you think! We have our own fulltime staff and vehicle fleet to meet the requirements of Sydney and beyond, for those even further we have partnerships with numerous reputable removals companies and logistics business’s to get your furniture to you quickly and safely.


We are able to deliver to over 90% of the Australian population base and have trucks going into Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounds on a weekly basis! On a bi weekly basis we have trucks travelling to Perth, Adelaide, Far North Queensland and beyond. We also have capability for freight to be sent to Tasmania, central and also rural Australia!

Ok I like it, but can I see it, touch it and feel it?

Yes you can, please see our contact page for our warehouse display in Western Sydney, we always have a large selection of our furniture items on display and are open to the Public most Wednesdays and Saturdays.

How do you accept payment?

We accept most forms of payment including internet bank transfers, Visa or Mastercard and EFTPOS. We also have additional online secure inline payment options such as PayPal and SecurePay.

Can I get a discount?

Our prices are very competitive and our advertised internet prices are already at a wholesale rate. However for large orders we may be able to supply slight volume discounts for orders $5000 and above.
