Bay Gallery warrants to the original purchaser that this will be free from non-conformities in material or workmanships for the period of 12 months across our whole range when purchased direct from baygallery.com.au. Please carefully read through all warranty and care conditions relating to the product/s you have purchase or are thinking about purchasing.

The purchaser is responsible for reading and understanding the warranty and care conditions relating to your product, and filling out the warranty and care submission form prior to the commencement of using the product. How to make a Warranty Claim

In the unlikely event your product arrives with a fault or damage. Or you need to make a warranty claim please email us info@baygallery.com.au within 24 hours of the fault occurring, within 12 months from date of purchase with the following information.

1. Original invoice
2. Digital photo of the area affected from close up and far away.
3. A brief description of the claim
4. Address of where the furniture is and you full details and contact numbers.

Please refrain from using the piece of furniture until it has been repaired to reduce further damage.
