The Fine Print

As much as we aim for transparency and clarity, there are a few conditions to our guarantee:

Exclusions: The 7-day money back guarantee doesn’t apply to items picked up directly by the customer. Deliveries organised through third-party couriers or removal companies also fall under this category. Moreover, specially ordered items are exempted.

Return Condition: Items should be sent back in their original, saleable condition. If they're returned damaged, unwrapped, or unsaleable, the return might not be accepted, or a repacking fee could be charged.

Fees: Please be aware that credit card fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Fee: If the returned product isn’t in brand-new condition, we may deduct a 20% cancellation fee from your refund.
