1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, agencies and other parties involved in administering or promoting the competition, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Competition period
The competition opens at 6:00 am on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 31 October 2026.
All times are local Sydney/Melbourne time, observing daylight saving where applicable. Draw times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
Entries received outside the competition period will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
During the competition period, entrants must complete and submit an official Bay Gallery competition entry form made available through its participating Meta, TikTok or Pinterest advertising.
Entrants must provide their first name, surname and a valid email address, accept these Terms & Conditions and consent to receive email marketing from Bay Gallery Furniture. A phone number may be provided voluntarily.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person is permitted across all participating platforms. Submitting entries using different email addresses, identities or devices does not create additional eligible entries. Where duplicates are identified, only the first valid entry will be retained.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified. Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one Bay Gallery Furniture online store gift voucher valued at AUD $1,000. The total prize pool is AUD $1,000.
“Win the Ultimate Outdoor Living Makeover” is the competition’s promotional name. The prize is the gift voucher described above and does not include a design, installation or complete makeover service.
The voucher is redeemable through the Bay Gallery Furniture online store and is subject to Bay Gallery Furniture’s standard Terms & Conditions, available at:

The prize is not redeemable for cash. Any purchase amount exceeding the available voucher balance is payable by the winner. Delivery is subject to Bay Gallery’s applicable delivery conditions and the voucher’s redemption conditions.
6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries at 10:00 am AEDT on 2 November 2026, at Unit 3B/233 Mulgoa Rd, Jamisontown NSW 2750.
The Promoter will administer the draw. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning. Entrants do not need to be present.
The likelihood of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification and prize delivery
The winner will be notified by email within two days of the draw, using the email address supplied with their entry, and no later than 4 November 2026.
The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of the winner’s identity, age and Australian residency to verify eligibility.
The winner must respond and claim the prize within 15 days of the notification email being sent.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. Entrants should monitor their inbox and spam or junk folders.
The voucher will be provided electronically following verification and within 28 days of the draw, subject to the unclaimed-prize provisions below. No payment is required to receive the voucher.
The winner’s name will be published on Bay Gallery’s competition terms page on 4 November 2026 and remain published for at least seven days. Only information reasonably necessary to identify the winner will be published.
8. Unclaimed prizes
If the selected winner is ineligible, declines the prize or does not claim it within 15 days of notification despite reasonable contact attempts, an unclaimed-prize draw will take place at 10:00 am AEDT on 23 November 2026, at Unit 3B/233 Mulgoa Rd, Jamisontown NSW 2750, subject to applicable law.
The replacement winner will be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries and notified by email within two days of the redraw, no later than 25 November 2026.
The replacement winner will have 15 days from notification to claim the prize. Their name will be published on Bay Gallery’s competition terms page on 25 November 2026 for at least seven days.
The voucher will be provided electronically following verification and within 28 days of the redraw.
9. Marketing consent
Consent to receive Bay Gallery Furniture email marketing is required when entering this competition.
By entering, entrants agree to receive emails containing product news, offers, inspiration and other marketing from Bay Gallery Furniture.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate that entry or affect the entrant’s chance of winning.
Providing a phone number does not constitute consent to SMS marketing.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to administer the competition, validate entries, contact the winner, deliver the prize and provide the email marketing described above.
Information may be processed by service providers assisting with competition administration and email delivery, including the Promoter’s marketing agency and Klaviyo, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Any use of the winner’s photographs, testimonials or other promotional content beyond the winner announcement will require separate consent.
11. Competition administration
The Promoter may disqualify entries where it reasonably believes an entrant has provided false information, tampered with the entry process or breached these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control materially affect the competition’s security, fairness or administration, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition only as permitted by applicable law. Any material changes will be published on the competition terms page.
Any prize substitution will comply with applicable law and be of equal or greater value.
12. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to those rights, the Promoter is not responsible for entry or notification failures caused by incorrect contact details, third-party service interruptions or technical problems outside its reasonable control.
13. Platform disclaimer
This competition is administered by Bay Gallery Furniture. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest.
Entrants provide their competition information to the Promoter through the relevant platform’s entry form. Use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest from claims arising from the administration of this competition.

The competition is subject to applicable Australian Commonwealth, state and territory laws.
